Terms of Service
These terms govern access to JobGrinder and the job search materials, automation support, AI drafts, reminders, and account controls available in the product.
Using JobGrinder
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you provide, import, generate, copy, submit, or send through JobGrinder.
- JobGrinder can help draft and organize job search materials, but it does not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, or employer responses.
- You must review generated resumes, cover letters, job matches, and application content before using them.
Accounts and security
- You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorized access.
- You may not access another person’s account, interfere with the service, scrape the service, or use JobGrinder for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
AI-generated content
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific role. You are responsible for checking all generated content before use.
- You may use generated materials for your own job search, subject to these terms and the rights of any source materials you provide.
Your content and data controls
- You retain rights to profile, resume, job search, and application content you provide.
- You give JobGrinder permission to process that content to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- Account export and JobGrinder data deletion controls are available in Account and data settings.
Service changes and liability
- The service may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops toward launch.
- JobGrinder is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
