Three roles worth your evening. Every morning.

Your search runs on its own each morning. The best matches wait on your dashboard, each with the reason it fits.

03ApplyInvite-only beta

The agent fills the form. You press submit.

It opens the employer’s real application, fills it from your profile and the answers you approved, then stops for your review.

The review before submit: name, email, phone and location from Maya’s profile, her tailored resume, five approved answers, and the demographic questions left blank.

Auto-apply is invite-only during the beta, and each form shows how well the agent supports it before you start. Recorded from a dry run on a public posting; nothing was submitted.

The same prices the credit meter charges.

10 credits
One auto-application
11 credits

With deep tailoring from the resume editor: 13 credits. A cover letter draft adds 1 credit, answer drafts 1 credit. Estimates assume all credits go to tailoring and auto-apply. Scans and extra materials reduce that number. Auto-apply requires beta access and a supported portal.

Failed or cancelled runs before submission aren’t charged; resume, cover-letter and answer generation is charged separately. Unconfirmed submissions require review. Run credits are charged only after explicit confirmation; silence is not confirmation. Credits reset on your billing date.

Top-ups from $10 for 250 credits (≈ 22 auto-applications), valid 12 months. They are spent after your monthly credits, so a heavy month never forces a bigger plan. EU prices include VAT; other countries may see sales tax added at checkout.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

How can AI help with my job search?

AI can help find relevant job postings, compare your experience with a job description, and draft a tailored resume. Job Grinder brings these steps together with an application tracker. You review the draft and decide what to send; AI does not guarantee an interview or an offer.

Which markets and languages can I use?

Job Grinder focuses on US job seekers, starting with software engineers. Bring a US job description and tailor an English resume, or set your locations and work preferences in discovery. Check each posting for location eligibility, work authorization, and sponsorship requirements. The screenshots show a fictional candidate searching real public postings, not a guarantee of coverage. Resume generation also supports Polish, German, and French.

Where does my resume data go?

Your profile and documents are stored in Convex. Requested AI work sends relevant profile and job text through Vercel AI Gateway to the selected model provider. Invited browser automation uses a Browserbase cloud browser, and OpenAI models (with Google as the browser fallback) process form and page text through Vercel AI Gateway. Requested answer generation also sends relevant candidate and job information to models; page text can include details already entered in forms. Read the privacy policy for the full provider and retention information.

Who submits the application?

You submit exported applications yourself. Invited auto-apply users must approve the prepared form before the agent submits it. A fit rating does not establish that you meet every qualification.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $9 a month for 200 AI credits, about 18 auto-applications; Pro is $19 for 600 (≈ 54) and Grinder $39 for 1,600 (≈ 145). They are billed monthly through Polar and you can cancel anytime. EU prices include VAT; other countries may see sales tax added at checkout. Top-ups from $10 for 250 credits (≈ 22 auto-applications), valid 12 months. Job tracking, the streak and manual applications stay free without a plan. Resume tailoring costs 1 or 3 credits, quick discovery 1, expanded AI discovery 10 and auto-apply 10. Failed or cancelled runs before submission aren’t charged; resume, cover-letter and answer generation is charged separately. Unconfirmed submissions require review. Run credits are charged only after explicit confirmation; silence is not confirmation.
